We understand that returns can be a source of stress. We strive to provide transparent information to assist you in making an informed decision. Here are some key details regarding our return policy:
Laser Marked Blades
You can return a knife with personalized laser marking on the blade; however, a blade replacement fee will be deducted from your refund. The specific blade replacement fee varies depending on the model of the knife. For pricing details and to verify the blade replacement fee, please contact our customer service team.
Custom Knifes
We do not accept returns on knives that have been designed and ordered through our customizer, including cutlery. This information is clearly indicated on the review page during the ordering process.
Original Packaging Requirement
To process a return, we require that all knives are returned with the original knife box and any included accessories.
Used Knives
We do not accept returns for used knives. Returns are only accepted for new and unused knives in original packaging. If you encounter a quality issue or defect shortly after using your knife, please send it to our warranty department, and we will address the issue.
Refund Processing Time
Returns can take up to two weeks to process from the time we receive them. Once the refund has been processed, it may take 3-4 business days for the refund to appear on the original card used for the order.
Here are the steps to take to start a return:
- Find your Customer PO# in the email confirmation you received or check the packing slip or login to your account
- NOTE: the Customer PO# is 10-11 digits long and begins with "1100" (e.g. "1100xxxxxxx"
- If you cannot locate your Customer PO #, please contact Customer Service at one of the methods listed at the bottom of this article
- Follow the prompts to select which item you would like to return
- Please note, at this time, you can only select one item per return request. If you have multiple items, please submit another return request for each additional item.
- Choose a Refund Method
- Select a Shipping Method
- Click Submit
- Depending on which shipping method is selected, you will receive an email with a shipping label and instructions for returning your item
- Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect the product for refund authorization. If the return request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation
- You will receive a refund issued to the Credit Card was used for the original order
